I wanted to share with you these five, free online courses available on Coursera – anyone can take them so long as they have internet access, and they are completely free. They were designed and delivered by the University of Pennsylvania, with support from the Office of English Language Programs at the Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs.
